This new Australian Heritage Flag was designed by Philip Sierakowski, who lives on the Mornington Peninsula. In conjunction with David Lawson, a graphic art designer from Dromana, Phil designed the new Australian Heritage Flag.
The design has been certified by the Australian Designs Office. What does this mean? This design is now enforceable and cannot legally be reproduced without Phil’s explicit permission.
